We tackled this challenge by hosting a two-day workshop designed to create consensus within the company about how to tell their story and talk about their capabilities. Over 20 Stephen Gould team members from around the country representing a variety of positions and tenures in the company gathered to give their input.
We designed the workshop to explore how the site architecture and user experience might be reimagined from the perspective of key customer segments. Based on interview data, team members created user personas and experience maps that identified specific pain points and opportunities for improvement in the website. We also worked with the team to define the brand personality and tone of voice for their external messaging. |
